Banicevic is a former State Sales Manager NSW, SA and WA for Hitachi Air Conditioning and has many runs on the board with Fujitsu and Email Air.

After almost two decades at the forefront of the industry, he saw the opportunity for a company to bring a unique, progressive and innovative business model into the air conditioning world.

The Weathermen was born. Bailey and Banicevic, both owners and operators.

As they say in the classics, Banicevic loved the idea so much he bought the company! Well half of it!

Jason is simply one of the most qualified people in the industry today. His knowledge spreads from manufacturing to sales, to hand picking the finest installers in the market place. He has heat loading engineering qualifications – the HVAC Design and Engineering Certificate – and is hands on, from start to finish.
