Both Charlie & Edgar were absolutely fabulous on the day - Charlie did a great job on the electrical power connection and Edgar was extremely courteous and cleaned up well. They both had a very long day with the long walk to & from their van & going up & down stairs.

Firstly I’d like to thank Jason, Luke and your team for the work you have done for us over the past few days. My experience from the initial quote to the completion on the job has been very impressive.

My story to potential “Weathermen” customers:
The team started the job at 7.30am and did not stop till 7.45pm. Unlike many other service people I have dealt with, they had no unnecessary breaks in between to waste time. They kept my home as clean as they possibly could and tried very hard to keep to completing the job within the day. The weather did not permit them to finish the job because it rained the entire day. I was amazed how much got done with the unpredictable weather. The good thing is that they came back the next day at 6.00am to finish the job. What a great experience!
